I'm aware I'm trying to redo RTSs Apps, but I don't like the fact, that I would be locked into - and be dependent upon - their system. There could be all kinds of macros to analyze and plot the data. I'm thinking of adding a column for comments for each lift, such that this information gets exported as well, and a full post could be generated from the sheet. I'm currently writing a macro/script to export this information to a BB code table, so I can easily post it in my training log on this forum. Could be (weight,reps,RPE,rest) if you're using RPE then you would probably want to add a column for the e1RM. Usually I order by Date(reverse)/Order (which you see in the image above). I can sort by Exercise/Date in order to see how I progressed in each exercise. This allows to sort the data in the spreadsheet by anything I like and not lose this information.
